Founders, investors, universities and service providers each built their own rooms. Venture Commons puts them under one roof.

Capital upstairs, builders in the middle, everyone on the ground floor. Layout is approximate until the building is final.

Space for companies doing the difficult early work, in repeated proximity to the investors, operators and institutions they need to meet.

Coworking and day passes: A seat in the room without a fixed desk.
Desks and private offices: Your own desk, or a lockable office with room to grow.
Meeting rooms and an event hall: Rooms by the hour, boardrooms, and a hall for 100-200.
A virtual office: Join before the doors open, with an address and member access.

Private suites for VCs, family offices and angel groups, upstairs from the founders, because proximity compounds information.

The Commons doesn’t sell monopolies. Universities, corporations and professional firms earn their place by what they contribute.

Assembly is the Venture Commons event series: talks, working sessions and open gatherings across North Texas, starting before the doors open.

Some sessions are for members. Others, like the Builder Series, are open to anyone building in the region.
